About us
Family-owned. Locally built.
We're a small, hands-on crew that has been remodeling and building across Central Iowa since 2022 — and we're still the ones on your job site.
Our story
A family business, built the old-fashioned way.
Ogg Construct has been family-owned and operated since 2022. We started with a simple idea: show up when we say we will, do the work properly, and treat every home like it's our own.
That foundation — integrity, hard work, and a real passion for construction — is still how we run every project we take on across Ames, Boone & Central Iowa.
Our mission
To build innovative, durable, and honest work that exceeds our clients' expectations — through quality craftsmanship, transparency, and a commitment to excellence on every project we undertake.
How we work
What you can count on.
Integrity first
We quote what the job actually takes and we tell you early if something changes. No padded invoices, no vague line items.
Craft over speed
Trim lines, tile layout, flashing details — the parts most people never notice are the parts we obsess over.
One point of contact
You talk to the people doing the work. Questions get answered the same day, not passed down a chain.
Clean job sites
You still live here. We protect finishes, contain dust, and leave the space swept at the end of every day.
